Next, we will personally meet with you to go over the details of your
event and song selections.
Wedding Reception planner
Using this comprehensive reception planner, we will review your goals and
discuss how and when you want us to announce your first dance, bouquet
toss, and everything else!
90-point checklist
We then complete a 90 point checklist to ensure every detail is covered;
from setting aside your first song, to making arrangements with your
facility.
Free pick-up & delivery
If you own special songs that you want played at your event, we will
pick them up and deliver them for free. That's one less thing for you to
worry about!
Early arrival
For added security, we always arrive and set up early at no
charge. This allows plenty of time to handle any unforeseen circumstances
that may arise.
Well-dressed DJ's and professional equipment
At performance time, we will arrive well dressed. Special attention has
even been given to our equipment. You will be provided with an attractive,
sleek set-up that has been designed to rest on matching stands and hide
messy cords.
Master of Ceremonies
During the event, we will perform as Master of Ceremonies. Using our many years of experience, we will keep everything running
smoothly and according to your plans!
Coordinated announcements
Throughout your reception, we will even coordinate all your announcements
with your photographer and caterer.
We remind you
Finally, we will handle the complete agenda and remind you every time
you're needed. That way nothing is forgotten and you will be able to sit
back, relax and enjoy!
